Housing
The housing crisis, is a matter of supply and demand. Need to reduce demand so the prices can go down. The following are laws to enact to reduce demand to make the prices do down.

Do not allow corporations to buy up houses.
Until the housing situation gets better we have to not allow corporations to buy up house that belong to the American people so they can start a family . Americans are being priced out and that can no longer continue

Limit 2 houses per person
During the pandemic, they limit the amount of items one person can buy because there was a shortage. We need to do the same with house. There is a shortage, and until the shortage ends we must limit it to only 2 per person.

Rent not allowed to be increased
Need to confront rental empires. Rent is not allowed to be raised. Rental empires are impacting average Americans from buying a home. When there is no housing shortage, this law can be removed.

Remove HOA
Need to remove HOA's ability to tell people how their house should be. Maybe keep them as maintenance but with more regulations to keep them from angry the neighborhood.
